1. When exactly will my order ship?

Ella Smile is currently available as a pre-order. We expect pre-sale orders to dispatch within 45–60 days after your order is placed.


Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Can I cancel before it ships?

Yes. You can request to cancel your pre-order before it has been dispatched.

Please contact us at support@ella-smile.net with your order number. If your order has not shipped, we will help cancel it and process your refund.

3. Is the free second unit the same model?

Yes. During our pre-order Buy 1, Get 1 Free launch offer, the free second unit is the same Ella Smile 2-in-1 Electric Toothbrush & Water Flosser model.

Your pre-order includes 2 Ella Smile devices in total.

4. Do both units ship together?

Yes. The paid unit and the free second unit will be shipped together in the same pre-order package.

You do not need to place a separate order for the free unit.

5. What happens if I want to return just one?

The Buy 1, Get 1 Free offer is sold as one promotional set. If you choose to return your order, both units must be returned together.

We cannot offer a partial refund if only one unit from the promotional set is returned.

6. Does it work with my aligners / retainer / braces?

Ella Smile is designed to help with daily brushing and water flossing, including cleaning around hard-to-reach areas such as braces, retainers, aligners and dental bridge areas.

For removable aligners or retainers, we recommend removing them before brushing or water flossing. Ella Smile is not a medical treatment and does not replace advice from your dentist or orthodontist.

7. What’s the warranty, and who handles it in the UK?

Ella Smile comes with a 12-month limited warranty from the date your order is delivered.

Warranty support is handled by ELLA SMILE LTD in the UK. If you need help, please contact support@ella-smile.net with your order number and a description of the issue.

8. How does it charge? Is a UK plug included?

Ella Smile charges via USB. The package includes a USB charging cable.

A UK wall plug adapter is not required for the device itself and may not be included. You can charge it using a suitable USB power adapter, power bank or USB port.

9. Where are replacement brush heads available, and how much?

Replacement brush heads will be available from the Ella Smile website.

10. Is my payment protected?

Yes. Your payment is processed securely through our Shopify checkout and the payment providers shown at checkout.

If you cancel your pre-order before dispatch, or if your order is eligible for a refund under our policy, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
